The MLC: Digital Mechanical Royalties

With the passing of the Music Modernization Act in 2018, all music publishers are now required to collect digital mechanical royalties from a society known as the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC). Through our partnership with the Harry Fox Agency (HFA), Adarga Publishing will be transferring all of your works from HFA to the MLC in the next few months. Starting in January 2021, you will receive monthly payments for digital mechanical royalties from the MLC instead of HFA.
